Codex to Feral works really well and the whole thing is a good time.The term ‘timeless’ is often carelessly applied. King Of Limbs opens with Bloom and closes with Seperator which is how it should be. 15 Step then kind of serves as the epilogue "how come I end up where I started" In Rainbows was amazing, starting with All I Need and Bodysnatchers was pretty cool i guess but then Faust Arp comes around and sets up House Of Cards > Jigsaw > Nude > Reckoner > Videotape > Arpeggi and that sequence of tracks makes so much goddamn sense i was in awe. Pyramid Song into You And Whose Army is a pretty ballin' finale though I'll give it that. Packt rears it's gorgeous mug at #8 and kills the flow because it's so quiet and only works as an opener. Kid A opens with Everything In It's Right Place (which is mos definitely the right place for that track) and is followed with How To Disappear and Idioteque so a pretty opening, but Motion Picture Soundtrack does not fit at all at #7 and those minutes of silence really ruin the flow of the album.Īmnesiac opens with Dollars & Cents and Hunting Bears so it's basically a disaster right off the bat (love hunting bears and really like dollars and cents though just not at the very beginning). It has Exit Music lead into Fitter Happier which leads into Karma Police and that works really well. OK Compo in alphabetical order still has a terrific track list and even starts with Airbag and ends with The Tourist. Then near the end we got Planet Telex leading into Street Spirit which was really effective, but then at the very end Sulk comes around and ruins the whole thing (i don't mind the track but it's no closer)
The Bends was really good opening with the title track and leading into Black Star and Bones. So I tried this out with all the albums (except Pablo because I really don't care at all) and it turned out really interesting
